With over a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate valuation, Axim Valuation Group was founded with a primary goal to provide high-quality, data-driven appraisals across the Pacific Northwest.

My practice includes conventional property types as well as specialized assets such as conservation easements, right-of-way, tribal allotments, agricultural and grazing land, timberland, and recreational properties. I have extensive experience navigating complex appraisal scenarios, including complicated larger parcel analysis and properties with limited or no access.

In addition to years of experience as a fee appraiser, I recently served as a review appraiser with the Appraisal Valuation Services Office (U.S. Department of the Interior), where I worked extensively with UASFLA (“Yellow Book”) standards. This role deepened my expertise in federal land acquisition requirements and further sharpened my ability to deliver reports that are both credible and defensible.
