With over a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate valuation, Jason founded Axim Valuation Group with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, data-driven appraisals throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Axim Valuation Group provides expert valuation services for both conventional property types as well as complex, specialized assets, including conservation easements, rights-of-way, tribal allotments, agricultural and grazing land, timberland, and recreational properties. Jason brings substantial experience managing challenging appraisal scenarios, such as complicated larger parcel analysis, remote properties, and sites with limited or no access.

In addition to his work as a fee appraiser, Jason most recently served as a review appraiser with the Appraisal Valuation Services Office (U.S. Department of the Interior), where he gained extensive experience applying UASFLA (“Yellow Book”) standards. This federal role sharpened his understanding of government acquisition protocols and enhanced his ability to craft reports that meet the strictest regulatory requirements. His perspective as a former review appraiser also provides valuable insight into what clients and oversight agencies expect from a credible, well-supported valuation.
